I’ve just returned from five weeks away, touring first with the amazing Barb Jungr, and secondly with the inaugural Girls from Oz tour, which saw 39 young women from the Australian Girls Choir travel throughout regional (largely outback) Queensland and thrill communities wherever they went with energy, talent and professionalism.
During my absence from Adelaide, the programme for 2007 Feast Festival was officially launched. You can find a link to the Cabaret Confessional listing on the website here. I’ve had a quick look at some of the other shows listed just now as I haven’t got my hands on a hard copy of the programme yet and there looks to be lots of interesting shows, including new and ‘back by popular demand’ shows from quite a few of my friends and colleagues. It’s going to be a great festival!
